A New Year's Retreat, the first for many years, online from the Ashram. A chance to come together, share, take stock and step fully into the new year to come.

Following our unprecedented and globally challenging year, come join the Ashram for this online New Year retreat. Using the practices of kirtan, chanting, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation, this course will include celebration and welcoming the New Year, contemplation of our key learnings from the year just past, and renewing our aspirations and focus for the year ahead.
The practices of yoga and meditation give as a strong grounding from which to cope with the vicissitudes of life; to discover the joy to be found within ourselves, others and the world around us; and to find a deeper connection with the Self. By embracing many facets of yoga practice this retreat will prepare us for the range of adventures awaiting us in 2021.
Open to both those who have been to the Ashram previously and those who are new.
The zoom sessions will be at the following times:
Thu 31st Dec: 8-9.30pm, 10.15-11.15pm and 11.30-12.10am
Fri 1st Jan: 9-10.30am, 11-12pm, 3-4.30pm & 5-6pm
Sat 2nd Jan: 7.30-9am, 10-11am & 11.30-1pm
The course will close for bookings at 5pm on the 31st.
