A weekend online course focusing on the Tattwas or elements, the fundamental constituents of our Being, from the elementary to the most subtle.
In the same way as the various lights of a crystal or rainbow all come from white light, the different elements or tattwas all originate from the one pure energy vibrating at different levels or frequencies. While attention is focused on the outer world of the senses we can lose connection with the source and thereby become fragmented and distracted. Through practice we can discover the subtle aspects of each element/ tattwa, and how they resonate with each other and the different aspects of our being. As we turn increasingly inward and explore the subtleties of practice so we get closer and closer to the source, discovering our true Self and our connection with the Whole. Watch a short video

During this course we will use the practices of asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation and mantra to explore and experience the different elements within our being and how this can enhance our self-understanding and quality of life.
The understanding and practice gained through this course will also act as a preparation for the practice of Tattwa Shuddhi

The course will close for bookings at 5pm the day before the course is due to start.
