At New Year, you are most welcome to join us for this online retreat as we come together, share from the heart, reflect, assimilate and step fully into the new year to come.

We have all experienced the challenges that recent times have brought on many levels including our health and well-being, family, security and our place and purpose in the changing landscape of this life. This New Year online retreat will include a celebration and welcoming in of the Near Year and a re-visioning of what we wish to manifest in our lives and a letting go of what no longer serves us. It will offer the opportunity to reflect upon and assimilate your key experiences of 2021, and thereby bring a renewed clarity to your intentions and focus for the year ahead.
The sessions will include guided hatha yoga classes, pranayama practices, yoga nidra (deep yogic relaxation), chanting/ kirtan, meditation and heartfelt authentic sharing. Furthermore, there will be a special focus on the Gayatri mantra – invoking the Light of Awareness - as we celebrate this pivotal transition in the calendar and bring into being what we wish to manifest both personally and collectively at this time.
The practices of yoga and meditation give as a strong grounding from which to cope with the inevitable vicissitudes of life; to discover the joy to be found within ourselves, others and the world around us; and to find a deeper connection with the Self. By embracing many facets of yoga practice this online retreat will help to prepare us for the opportunities and challenges of Life awaiting us in 2022.
The retreat is open to both those who have had previous experience of the Ashram and those who are new.

The zoom sessions will be at the following times:
Fri 31st Dec: 8-9.30pm, 10-11pm and 11.30-12.10am
Sat 1st Jan: 9-10.30am, 11-12pm, 3-4.30pm & 5-6pm
Sun 2nd Jan: 7.30-9am, 10-11am & 11.30-1pm
The course will close for bookings at 5pm on the 31st.
