An online restorative retreat which is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Immerse yourself in this 2-day experience in the replenishing energies and practices from the Ashram.
Tutor(s): Reva and Tulsi
Emphasising relaxation and renewal, the retreat will include gentle and accessible yoga practices, guided by Tulsi and Reva. These will include simple rejuvenating hatha yoga and restorative classes, yoga nidras (deep meditative relaxation also known as yogic sleep), chanting simple mantras, meditations and satsang (question & answer).
This retreat is designed to give participants the space needed to connect back into themselves; a re-connection facilitated by traditional, simple and accessible yoga practices, and quality space and time. Participants will leave the retreat with a clearer focus, feeling revitalised and rejuvenated.
The sessions will be via zoom at the following times:
Saturday 10th: 9-10am, 10.30-11.30am, 12-1pm, 3-4pm, 4.30-5.15pm and 5.45-6.30pm
Sunday 11th: 9-10am, 10.30-11.30am, 12-1pm, 3-4pm and 4.30-5.15pm, all U.K. times
