A restorative retreat which is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Start the Spring with this 3-day immersion into the replenishing energies and practices of the Ashram.

Emphasising relaxation and renewal, the retreat structure will include gentle and accessible yoga practices, interspersed with plenty of time to rest and simply be within the Ashram grounds. Each day will start at 7.45am with chanting and meditation, then include a yoga class, an hour of karma yoga, a yoga nidra (deep meditative relaxation also known as yogic sleep) and an evening session of satsang (question & answer) and kirtan (group singing). There will also be ample opportunities to relax with friends new and old.
This retreat is designed to give participants the space needed to connect back into themselves; a re-connection facilitated by traditional, simple and accessible yoga practices, and quality space and time. Participants will leave the retreat with a clearer focus, feeling rested, restored and rejuvenated.
