Join us here in the refuge of the Ashram for 3 days together connecting with nature, with each other, and with the ground of our practice: our own inner state of peace, joy, and contentment.

In a world where so much emphasis is placed on doing, here’s an opportunity to slow down and tune in to deeper levels of being, and to celebrate together the many gifts constantly arising from that space.
The natural environment and the positive spiritual energies of the Ashram are themselves deeply supportive of the shift from doing to being, and the weekend will be structured around making the most of this space.
There will also be guided yoga classes, morning chanting and meditation, karma yoga (Awareness in action) and yoga nidra practice, as well as havan (fire ceremony), kirtan and satsang.
This retreat is open to all levels of practitioners.
