Anytime, Anywhere Meditation - Supported

This course offers practical meditation and yoga rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition, helping you reconnect with your innate qualities, awareness, kindness, compassion, and wisdom. These are not distant goals but part of your natural wellbeing, already present within you. Through guided practices, and embodied awareness, you’ll learn to recognise and stabilise these qualities, bringing meditation into real-life situations anytime, anywhere.

Tutor(s): Johnny Glover

Designed by Mingyur Rinpoche, this course offers authentic and progressive meditation practices from a traditional Tibetan Buddhist lineage, presented in a way that is accessible, practical, and deeply meaningful for everyday life.

Anytime Anywhere Meditation is rooted in self-worth, supporting participants to recognise their own positive qualities, awareness, kindness, compassion, and wisdom. These qualities are not distant goals to be reached in the future; they already exist within each of us, ready to be explored and embodied.

We all have what is known as basic goodness, or innate wellbeing. This includes our natural skills, talents, awareness, love, compassion, and wisdom. The challenge is not in developing these qualities, but in learning to recognise and trust in them. Through this course, we begin to see how these qualities show up in our day-to-day experience. We then learn how to stabilise this recognition through meditation so that it becomes something we can rely on and apply in real-life situations - anytime, anywhere.

This course is a complete introduction to meditation based on the ancient teachings of Tibetan Buddhism, but offered in a format that busy people can truly commit to. The programme includes video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, guided meditation sessions, reflective practice, and Anytime Anywhere Yoga to help integrate the experience more deeply into both body and mind.

Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course offers a grounded, experiential approach to discovering the innate wisdom and compassion that already lives within you.
