Harmony is often associated with sound, but it is also reflected in the way we move, stand, and feel. It shows up in the alignment of the body, the fluidity of movement, and in a quiet sense of inner balance. At its heart, harmony is a state of integration, a natural coherence between body, mind, and spirit.

In Making Sound, Finding Harmony, Rajesh David and Marye Wyvill bring together two rich traditions — Nada Yoga and Bones for Life — to explore the many dimensions of harmony. Though their approaches are distinct, their work beautifully complements each other, creating a space that supports deep reflection, embodied exploration, and renewed vitality.

Rajesh draws on his extensive background in Indian classical music, Advaita philosophy, and the path of Bhakti and Nada Yoga. His sessions explore chakra sensitisation through sound, heart-centred mantra and chanting, and guided OM meditation. These practices gently awaken the inner vibrational field, attuning us to the subtle currents of energy and awareness.

Marye offers her long experience in somatic education through the Bones for Life method, part of the Movement Intelligence system developed by Dr. Ruthy Alon. Her sessions focus on cultivating well-aligned, resilient posture that can support bone-building pressure. Through conscious movement, participants learn how to protect vulnerable joints, particularly in the neck, lumbar spine, knees, and hips. While rediscovering natural coordination and ease. The practices are uplifting and energising, supporting what Marye describes as "biological optimism."

Together, their teachings offer a unique blend of deep listening, embodied intelligence, and joyful discovery. This retreat is for anyone seeking to reconnect with their voice, body, and breath, to find a sense of balance that is both grounded and expansive. Through sound and movement, rest and reflection, you’ll be invited to explore what it truly means to live in harmony.
