The practice hall (known as the Sadhana hall) is available for your own yoga practice at any time, provided that there is not a course session taking place. It is also a great place to simply sit quietly.
The Ashram has an e-newsletter, called Ashram Highlights, which it sends out monthly by email subscription. It conveys some of the inspirational teachings/ insights from the Ashram.
