The Ashram regularly hosts courses on specific practices, such as the following:
The Ashram holds regular courses on the chakras, lasting from 4 to 10 days. Every few years, the Ashram hosts a 1-year course on this subject. The next course is in August 2019.
Tattwa Shuddhi is a powerful form of Meditation that comes to us from Tantra. Tattwa Shuddhi can be understood as ‘The Practice for Exploring the Different Dimensions of our Existence’ to reveal what we are in Essence. The scattered and disharmonious facets of the mind are dissolved so that we contact the stillness within to experience the ‘peace that passeth all understanding’. The next course is over Easter in April 2019.
The Ashram currently holds an annual 10 day retreat on PranaVidya with Swami GyanDharma. The 2019 retreat is in May.
Periodically the Ashram offers a full training in the 20 kriya yoga practices, which are designed to circulate energy around the inner pathways as a means to awaken energy, creativity and insight. The current course started in October 2018 and finishes in July 2019. The next course will probably start in 2021.
