In this recording Swami GyanDharma gives an overview of how we might come to a more natural and wholesome relationship with our emotions, particularly the negative ones. Using the paradigm of the chakras he talks about the way that our perceptions influence our experience of life and how, often quite indiscriminately, that determines our emotional identification. He emphasizes the importance of staying awake in the present moment as a means of freeing ourselves from the influence of destructive emotions along with adopting an attitude of skepticism and curiosity towards them and finding more productive ways of using the energy tied up in our emotions.
