If you cancel 4 weeks, or more, before the retreat start date, the cancellation fee will be your deposit.
If you cancel less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks before the start date, the cancellation fee will be 50%
of the cost of your retreat (so 50% of all monies paid).
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the start date, the cancellation fee will be the full amount paid.
If you do not pay your final balance within 3 weeks of the course start date we will assume you no longer wish
to attend and will cancel your place on the course. The cancellation fee of all monies paid to date will apply.
